Thermal and UV Painting
The in-line painting system, soon to be complemented by a second one, is equipped with the most sophisticated technical features and allows for the painting of items in glass, plastic, and metal, ranging from small nail polish bottles to distilled beverage bottles and their accessories.
Production Line
Each individual item goes through delicate processing stages: placement on equipment specifically designed for each type of object, pre-treatment with flame treatment, brushing, and blowing with ionized air, continuous or single-piece painting using multiple application stations positioned in two pressurized water veil painting booths with respective drying zones, baking in a ventilated thermal oven, cooling in a forced-air tunnel, disassembly of items from equipment with quality control on each individual piece, and insertion of the items into boxes. This is followed by a thorough statistical quality control on each production batch.
Finishes and Effects
Our system allows for painting with single or double-pass cycles, creating various finishes and effects: translucent, semi-transparent satin, glossy and matte opaque, glittery, gradient, soft touch, pearlescent, etched, and metallic.
The Perfect Color
A climate-controlled area dedicated to the tintometric composition of water-based colors allows, through Pantone or RAL references, obtaining the desired finish for each item with precision and
long-lasting quality.
